Wallpapers
You can download the wallpapers in one of 2 ways.
Windows:
1. Click on the "Click here to enlarge image" link and a new window will open. (You may need to permit pop-ups from JPopMp3s.com). Once the wallpaper image open in the new window, right click the image and choose the contextual menu item that saves the image as desktop image. In Firefox it is, "Set as desktop background." In Internet Explorer it is , "Set desktop background". In Opera, choose, "Use image on desktop".
or
2. Click the "download" button which will, surprise surprise!, download the image onto your computer. Depending on the image handling software you use on your computer, you should be able to find an option similar to step 1. above where you save to desktop. I personally use and recommend IrfanView which is free and fantastic.
Macintosh (OS X):
The easiest way to do this is to drag the image from your browser to your desktop. If you have a two button mouse, right click on the image and select Save. Otherwise, hold "control" + click on the image, and then select Save from the popup menu. (Even if your browser calls the saving option something slightly different than "Save", the end result will be the same.) Next, select a place or directory on your hard drive in which to save the image file. I suggest that you place your images for the desktop in the Macintosh HD» Library» Desktop Pictures folder. You can actually save them anywhere you like, just be sure to remember where you put them. (source:http://www.lynda.com/wallpaper/installing.asp)
Softwares
The software listed here are all available for free download. Some of them are trial versions and as such may have some limitations, for example the youtube robot displays a small watermark in the unregistered version. Other than that they are fully functioning trial versions. Download them, try them out and see if you like them. If not, they are easy to uninstall and are clean. |
