You do not need to purchase anything in order to browse the iTunes music store. You do need to have iTunes installed on your computer though. You can download it for free at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/. or search for "download iTunes" on Google.
Once you have installed the iTunes player, navigate to the Japanese music store and take a look around. If you find the artists you like, you know where you can get the prepaid cards to purchase them. Here of course!! | |

| Ans. | Japanese language ability is never needed to navigate or purchase from the Japanese iTunes music store. Inside the iTunes music store is the same as the US or any other country's version of iTunes, in English. | |
