| Ans. | We will send you an email with your code in it. We suggest you copy the code from the email you receive from us and paste it into the appropriate space when you redeem your code at the iTunes music store. (Full instructions with screen shots are inside the members area.) | |

| Ans. | Our maximum turnaround is 24 hours, but we say that just to be on the safe side.
